If you are arrested for DUI and you refuse to submit a breath test, blood, or urine to determine intoxication. If you do not demand this hearing during these ten days you will lose your driving privileges for 6 months if it is your first DUI with a score of 08 or more and may be up to 18 months if you have previously denied.
